SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESS

Please note that currently many of our suppliers are operating with less staff due to the circumstances surrounding COVID19. Please allow up to 4-8 days for our order handling process. In case of a delay, we will email or phone you immediately. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Here at Get Gifting Group (Get Gifting) we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle within 3 business days. Get Gifting currently only ships to addresses within Australia. 

 

REDELIVERY OF A GIFT

Please note that if our couriers need to redeliver the gift box due to the recipient not being home on delivery day, the delivery address listed is incorrect or we are unable to leave the gift box at the door, a redelivery fee will be charged. This cost is subject to the delivery area.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Get Gifting offers a FLAT RATE SHIPPING fee of $21.95 for online orders. This service uses the Australia Post Regular Post Service and/or Sendle for $15. For an express service an additional fee is required and is calculated at checkout.

 

TRACKING

After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order via the Australia Post Tracking Page or via Sendle Tracking Page.

REGULAR POST 

Within VIC, Australia Post and Sendle will deliver to most metro locations within 4 business days, and up to 8 business days for regional areas. 

For regional areas we recommend viewing the Australia Post delivery estimates page or the Sendle support page

Please note that during peak times such as Christmas, delivery may be longer.

 

EXPRESS POST 

Australia Post and Sendle estimate that Express Post deliveries will take place between 2-4 business days of dispatch. 

Please note delivery times can vary depending on your location [some of you may live outside of the Express Post network which means a longer dispatch time] 


DELIVERY OPTIONS

Shipping for custom orders will be calculated and quoted accordingly, based on the quantity and volume of the order.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If an address error is noticed after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately at getgiftinggroup@gmail.com. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.  



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Under our Return Policy, we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind under any circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any specific item. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Unfortunately sometimes packages may be subjected to damage as they are handled and shipped nationally. Similarly, once an order has arrived at the destination, if it is then to encounter damage (eg. left in an unsafe place, damaged by water leakage etc) Get Gifting has no control over such instances and will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during or after shipment.

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist to make it right. Please email us at getgiftinggroup@gmail.com.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, Get Gifting will not guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of Get Gifting's control, such as damage sustained during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended delivery address at the intended time and place. ​

Every parcel Get Gifting sends is given a unique tracking link which is emailed to the recipient when the parcel is collected. We do not include invoices with our deliveries as these packages are gifts. However, an invoice will be emailed to the buyer after checkout.

 

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

Please note that some items (such as candles, socks, chocolates, skin care, alcoholic beverages etc) are available in different variations. You may receive a variation based on stock availability but that flavour/scent/style may not be shown in the shop images of the gift box that you have chosen. If you have a specific request for your order, please email us at getgiftinggroup@gmail.com and we will try our best to fulfil your request.

 

If you believe that you have received the wrong item, please email us immediately and include your full name, your order number, your best contact number, a written explanation of the issue and a picture of the item that you received so that we can rectify the issue.

 

LATE ARRIVAL OF AN ORDER

We try our very best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible but we cannot offer a shipping guarantee due to the ongoing pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. Please take note of our approximate shipping times and get your order in early if you can. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to alter or cancel that order. If the advised delivery time has passed and you run into any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at getgiftinggroup@gmail.com.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from our studio in Melbourne, VIC.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Australia.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping through Australia Post is $15.95 or through Sendle is $10.

Express shipping is $19.85 through Australia Post.

When will my parcel arrive?

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days. 

Standard shipping orders generally arrive within 3-10 business days, and express orders arrive next business day for postcodes within the Express Post Network. 

Please note that once the parcel is with the courier, they are responsible for delivering it within their specified timeframes. We do not take responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Can I create a custom gift box?

Absolutely! Browse through our wonderful product range to create an unforgettable gift.

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the order?

We don’t include any paperwork in the gift box.  The receipt is emailed to the purchaser based on the email provided at the time of purchase.

What do I do if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Here at Get Gifting we pride ourselves on delivering a beautiful gifting experience.  If your order has not arrived as expected please get in touch with us within 48hrs of receiving the package, and we will be happy to look into this further. Please include order details and photos of the damaged goods.

Who can purchase or receive gift boxes with alcohol?

Under the liquor Act 2010, it is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person under 18 years. By placing an order for product(s) containing alcohol on our site, you are confirming you are aged 18 years or older. Penalties apply.

Can the gift be sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, it is completely up to you where you send the gift. Ensure you enter the recipient's address in the ‘shipping’ section of the checkout process.

What is your returns policy?

Once the payment is complete, the sale is finalised. We don’t accept refunds or returns unless an item is damaged.

Can I place a bulk order for my clients/friends/colleagues?
